What makes Eliica superior to other electric vehicles?
Eliica has been developed from the ground up as an electric vehicle. It features an integrated platform offering highly efficient usage of space, superior comfort, and cornering stability. Using lithium-ion batteries and powerful motor magnets developed in Japan, we have achieved levels of performance unmatched by any previous electric car. The easiest way to understand the value of this vehicle is to experience its acceleration. Most people who have actually felt its smooth acceleration from a standing start to 100 km/h are convinced that the future of motoring belongs to electric vehicles.

Why does Eliica have eight wheels?
Using eight wheels rather than four means each wheel can be smaller, so more space is available above the floor. The larger tire footprint improves comfort and stability when cornering. Of course, it is also possible to build four-, six-, and twelve-wheeled vehicles.

Is the Eliica platform suitable for other designs?
The integrated platform used for Eliica not only contains all the basic components required to run the car, but is also extremely simple in structure. Place a box-style body on the platform and it becomes a compact bus. Attach a load bed. and it becomes a truck. Double the length and increase the width by about 50 cm, and it can be used as the platform for a large bus. Reduce the length to 150 cm, the width to 80 cm, and fit 25 cm go-kart wheels to create a one-person vehicle.
